Ray was great! My girlfriend actually scheduled with Ray after we spoke to a handful of other companies about making some small repairs because she said he seemed to be the most helpful and responsive. The prices were very reasonable, the quality of the work seems to be excellent, and it was great to see his pup helper. He took of what we asked for, and then even some quick adjustments to our gears and brakes to make sure they were working as well as they should. Whenever it is we need some bike repairs again, or possibly just some general maintenance, we won’t call anyone other than Ray.

Ray provides great service. The company that made my e-bike is out of business, so it was impossible to order parts. Ray worked with me to find the right substitute parts to order and then came back and completed job at very reasonable cost. It ended up being a much more time consuming job that we initially thought it would be, but he worked through all the challenges. Now my bike is working great! Stay True Cyclery is a very professional operation and will be my go to for bike repairs!
